Support/tickets workshop on technical issues of osFinancials.
A support ticket card contains 4 advanced tickets or eight basic events.
A ticket represents a time span of 15 minutes to advanced questions, and 7.5 minutes with basic questions.
Within this time your question or problem not yet solved, another ticket will be used, provided that you have "support ticket".
Support tickets are valid for one year after purchase, and will then expire, and can not be "refunded".

Explains how to use the other plugins.
In case of basic problems with your administration.
In case of advanced problems with your administration.
