The support contract entitles you to directly explain your problems to our team. To witch we use a "fair use" policy. Furthermore you are entitled to get "between versions" of osF. In these “between versions” bugs are solved and you can immediately work with the new version. P>
Support comes in the form of telephone and/or email support.
Any additional tickets for support outside the "fair use" policy can be bought at a lower rate than if you have no support contract.
