A suppart ticket represents a support time of 15 minutes.
If your ticket time expires during support the next one will be used if you still have one.
Otherwise new one(s) need to be bought.
Support tickets are valid for one year after purchase, and after that will be expired without a refund.

Workshop of how to implement the osCommerce or Vtiger plugin.
