The support contract entitles you to directly explain your problems to our team. To witch we use a "fair use" policy. Furthermore you are entitled to get "between versions" of osF. In these “between versions” bugs are solved and you can immediately work with the new version.

Support comes in the form of telephone and/or email support.
Any additional tickets for support outside the "fair use" policy can be bought at a lower rate than if you have no support contract.
Developing and/or modifying your document layouts are not covered by the support contract
